Where we ship

First drop ships to the United States and Canada. International shipping (Europe, Australia) will open with subsequent drops. If you're outside US/Canada, join the waitlist to be notified.

Shipping times

United States: 3–5 business days standard. Expedited options available at checkout. Canada: 5–10 business days. Exact carriers and costs confirmed before the first drop ships.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over $75 within the US. Flat-rate $8 for orders under $75. Canada shipping rates calculated at checkout based on province.

Order confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Return window

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition — unused, with original packaging. Grips that have been applied to a racquet are not returnable (they can't be re-sealed).

Our return policy

If a product doesn't outperform what you already own, we'll refund it — no forms, no restocking fee, no questions about why. This is the core promise. A product earns its place in the range by performing better. If it doesn't for you, we shouldn't keep your money.

How to return

Email hello@kortco.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email hello@kortco.com with a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no cost, or refund in full — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.

Pre-order deposit

The $10 pre-order deposit is fully refundable at any point before your order ships. It's a reservation, not a purchase. When the first drop ships, the $10 is credited to your order total.

Cancelling a pre-order

Email hello@kortco.com with your pre-order reference. We'll refund the deposit within 3–5 business days. No cancellation fee, no questions.

Pre-order timeline

First drop expected 2026. We'll email pre-order customers with a shipping window at least 30 days before orders go out. If the timeline changes significantly, we'll notify you immediately and give you the option to cancel.
